Glassboard Prototyping Seminar: 3D Printing for Silicone and Urethane Mold

The seminar will teach participants how to use Formlabs SLA 3D printers to create molds for silicone and urethane casting. Participants will learn how to design 3D models for molds using software such as Autodesk Fusion 360 or Autdoesk Inventor. They will then learn how to print their designs using Formlabs SLA 3D printers and prepare the molds for casting. The seminar will also cover best practices for casting with silicone and urethane materials, including mold release agents, mixing ratios, and curing times. Participants will eave with a better understanding of the capabilities of Formlabs SLA 3D printers and the skills to create high-quality molds for casting with silicone and urethane materials.
